If our pride did not agree with arroogance..

The purpose of the scriptures is to make a person aware of who the Lord of hosts is and how wonderful it is to grow up in discovering that the Lord has turned around Christians for centuries and shown to them the foolishness in their agendas. Closely related to this is the first time the parents of a person who never (listened) to htem as they spoke to him about his foolisheness every day.

The scriptures teach: “And you are proud and arrogant! And you ought rather to mourn (bow in sorrow and in shame) until the person who has done row and in shame) until the person who has done this (shameful) thing is removed from your fellowship and your midst (1st Corinthians 5:2).

The same Christians who come to a small group meeting looking for ways to pick up the offenseby being accusatory of the gov’t judge other people the same way Christ is going to judge these Christians.

Oh, yes they are not going to lose their eternal salvation but what could become eternal right now is moved away from their correct way of thinking.

The Lord has wanted Christians to laugh at themselves. But these same people can’t even laugh at the outfit they wore to church last Sunday

Putting your dreams aside

Part of the problem with "Christianity" is that too many people want to confine Jesus to the bible.

If people don't understand this point, they will never ever move forward in their relationship with the Lord.

They do a better job putting their faith into the Cincinnati Bengals than they do the Lord.

Watch how many "Christians" cheer loudly for their favorite team but can't get excited abou the Lord...

Sex is not the problem

THe problem isn't people having sex before the ceremony. It's that they don't know how to handle the many things that come out of a sexual relationship.

THere are many complications: The scriptures teach that when a person "knew" the other person they were inimate. People have no idea the spiritual consequences that this. THe first thing is that a marriage must complement the rlationship Christ has with the church. Most Christians have no idea how to handle a relationship that does not involve sex.

There are many options a couple has in relationship but the respect a woman has for her man doesn't in the bedroom. It doesn't come in the form of how good a kisser he is or how much he can treat her on a date. It comes from intimately seeking the face of God. There is nothing more intimate than seeking His face and recognizing the thoughts and feelings of the Lord.

A business suit may suit you just fine....

But this doesn't bring a person to one more step closer to any understanding to who the Lord is. Research is showing me that the reason church's today don't have any power is because they don't have any understanding of how the Lord wants to deal with the hurt in people's hearts....

People have come into agreement with things that the Lord did not give to them nor did His Spirit direct them towards these things.

His kingdom is here but very few people have ever actually seen it. It's a lot harder for a person to look past his own life when the things that have blinded a person's spiritual understanding are the very things that the church's are putting right back into the church--> yes, the things that Jesus destroyed--> the works of the devil; the works of the flesh--> THESE things are driving out the Spirit that produces the ability to live the abundant life that Jesus came to give to us.

This may be a bit confusing but what happens when someone you know doesn't agree with what you have told them. Their understanding is destroyed through a false understanding of what you have simply spoken to them.

It's like this: suppose the Lord puts it on your heart to go to bed at a certain time. You don't understand why and choose to put your stupidity in place of the truth that the Lord has impressed upon your heart to do. You give up any chance to receive the blessings through simple "following instructions" that He gives to you. Sure, you are blood-bought and saved for all eternity; but that doesn't mean you are any wiser than a jackass....

The Holy Spirit who bears witness to the truth that jesus spoke of does make Himself available 24 hours a day at a crash test sight. The Crash Test Dummies could not make music that had any other letter in their song but "mmmmm." This was, at one time, a powerful song that produced enthusiasm for people who listened to this song. Why does it seem strange to think that the words themselves of that song were not producing the power but rather the creators of the music were the ones who gave the power of the music to the listeners? This is not much different from the Holy Spirit's witnessing to the truth that Jesus (the first and the last) Christ (who was and is the overcomer) gave up His deity to live in his humanity so that we could become supremely victorious in heavenly places.

The problem arises when we take it upon ourselves to try and bypass our own humanity to live in the heavenly realm. This is a powerful truth and if you are willing to receive it the Lord will also be willing to bless those with a much deeper understanding of Himself.

His peace produces spiritual oxygen inside of our spirit man which resusitates our souls from the double-minded foolishness we have embraced for so many years.

Whatever makes you feel right

Most Christians try and do what looks right. Few of them actually are able to accomplish these things for many other reasons that they are not aware of. Could this be becasue they don't to know how to look at the words in the scriptures with much instruction on how to apply the words in the scriptures into their own lives? Before a person enjoys their own life, he or she needs instruction on how to respond to their own life. The same sermons Jesus preached were applicable then and now. So, why is it that people are still responding to Him the same way now that the people did back then?

What I mean by this is: not loving other people, trying to memorize the scriptures instead of allowing the scriptures to be revealed to a person's mind through simply letting the reasoning ability of the Spirit who inspired the scriptures to reason with a person's humanity.

A Christian who is wise knows how to win a person to Christ. So much idiocy is in the telling aspect rather than the reasoning aspect. The ideas and reasons as to how to reason with people simply can not be confined to the scriptures. Just as a person's parenting skills cannot be confined in a "how to parent" book.....

When do I have time to spend with the Lord?

Son, how are you today?

Let's see here. I've got to pay my phone bill, call my mom on her birthday, get my car fixed, make sure the kids' dentist appointments are scheduled. How am I supposed to do all of these things? I'm supposed to get the church membership class set up and.....

Son, are you ok today? Tell me what is bothering you...

I am so tired of dealing with this crap.... I have no idea how to get all this stuff done. What if I simply just gave up.... Would that be a good thing? Maybe it was a mistake to move out of our house into this bigger home.... If I present all this stuff to the Lord, He won't even care one bit about this stuff. Why do I even bother with church membership? It's not as though we're even affilliated with this church anymore. I can't remember the last time we went to church and it felt like it was enjoyable. It always feels like a chore. Noone understands this. If I told people at church this they would not respect me or listen to me.

If never used to be this way. Why does it feel like the name of Jesus is so foreign to me? I don't even have a relationship with my family anymore. How am I supposed to have a relationship with someone who doesn't even know the things I go through? He's not even here. I can't see God so sometimes I think maybe He's just not real... Stop thinking this! I could never tell anyone this. What would the church think? they would probably excommunicate me for this.

What is wrong with me? Why am I thinking these thoughts? Perhaps if I read my bible. Maybe I should pray more. I dont' ever feel like prayer accomplishes anything.... I mean, come on! I have never seen the Lord answer one of my prayers. It's as if He has better things to do than listen to me.....

Son, do you feel you have the wisdom to handle the responsibility with the things I do? Allow me to reason with you by speaking to me your thoughts. I have never been distant from you. It only seems like this when you have so much on your plate. Some of the things that you have been allowing yourself to believe about Me are truths, but some of the things that you have been led to believe about me simply are not true at all. Who told you I was distant? You did not believe this when you were a younger person. When you began to believe the things that looked and seemed to be true, it put such a strain on your human spirit.

Son, look you have to remember that Jesus lived as a human being. Yes, Jesus was and is and always will be the reason you have eternal life, but when do you want this life to begin?

Father, what the heck? Does this mean I can have eternal life right now?

Son (laughing), of course it does! You have to remember, you have felt resentment towards other people. Resentment towards those who were put in positions that you thought you should have was one of the things I never gave to you. Son, as you sit with me and simply allow your senses to calm down; you become better able to know that I am supportive of many things you have accomplished. However, some of the things that you have accomplished haven't been without frustration. You were not meant to carry this frustration. It is a burden that weighs you down (spiritually). The scriptures teach "My yolk is easy and My burden is light." Do you want to shoulder a burden that did not come from Me? Son, many Christians have made a lifestyle out of putting burdens on their shoulders that have nothing to do with having eternal life. You should know this, son. The scriptures are inside of you. I have respected your desire to have free will and I have allowed you to shoulder some things that were not meant for you. Does this make sense? Allow Me to hear what I have spoken to you by repeating back to me what I have said to you. This will allow Me to reason with you whether the things you have heard have made sense to you.

The scriptures teach that "He who listens to Me is wise indeed." Are you realizing that as you listen to Me (Jehovah; that is My name) explain things to you from an eternal perspective, it brings you closer to Me? The scriptures teach "Draw close to Me and I will will draw close to you." Son, who do you think wrote the scriptures? I have watched you quote scriptures until your are blue in the face. Stop looking at your life from a temporary existance and begin to look at it from My existance. You have been trained to know Me, but do you really think you can do My job for me?

Father, um; no, I don't think I can do your job for you.

Then stop acting like you have been given so much insight to Me but when noone is looking, you choose to act like you are the head of your household. Son, you need to know that this is what I have been trying to say to you. Many Christians think they have so much to do but come on! Who in the heck told them that busy-ness is next to Godliness? Does this feel like church to you? I am having a wonderful time with you, Son!

Father, I don't know if I can handle doing the things that I have to do. Noone helps me. You're never there when I need you. As a matter of fact, when was the last time you talked with me about something that I needed help with?

Son, do you know how badly I have wanted to tell you these things? You have spent so much time exercising your mind and body but the spiritual exercise we are doing is causing you to rest. The scriptures teach "in the presence of the Lord there is rest." Rest in the physical sense is what Christians spend more time driving themselves crazy trying to find ways to rest. That is why everything you have heard has not fallen on deaf ears. Yes, satan comes with busy-ness to steal the words that your human spirit has communicated to your senses. You have been brought up to believe that respect is what you need to feel. Feelings are good, but when you are able to think through the things I have spoken to you; it creates the opportunity for respect to come into to you and let you know that you're doing what you have been created to do. Trust me when I say this. I know that many of these things do not make sense right now but recently some experiences that you have been through have kept you from becoming the person I have called you to be. Allow Me to reveal wisdom and respect the same way you have allowed Me to reveal Myself to you in other ways. You could have purchased things that would have given you temporary enjoyment but these things would not fulfill you in the way My words do. The peace you feel in your heart is causing respect to come in and tell you that the dreams you have always wanted to happen and waited for are only dreams. Let me show Myself to you and this will bring forth dreams have never been revealed to you. Allowing Me to reveal Myself to the people in your life you ask Me to help has put them into a position to reveal Myself them to them. Thi is what you have wanted to have happen for how long? Eternal life comes in when you drink from the fountain that produces life by reproducing life that has already been given a place in the heavenly realm..... That is all for now. I am the Lord and that is My name....

Existing with our His existance is what most Christians want...

We are temporary human to be able to recognize what Jesus went through (as a human) what it means to be with Him as a spirit-filled being who is able to recognize all that the Jesus went through. Looking through human eyes we become more able to walk as Jesus walked and to see things from the eyes of His perception. This often promotes our existence to a higher plane so that we are then able to live above what Jesus was able to live above; which is often what most people cannot even live beneath--> their own existence and the foolishness of it without Him leading the way

Do you believe Jesus or a $50 bill?

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Why don't people know how to talk with Him? He hasn't changed one bit since the beginning. The scriptures teach that the eyes of the Spirit of the Lord roams to and fro, seeking those who truly are pursuing a deeper more intimate relationship with Jesus as the overcomer; the Christ.

People want to become acquainted with Jesus, but they don't to put off their own agenda. If you will listen to Him speak, His Spirit will resonate inside of you. This will put your spirit man into a place where you can receive the truth from Him who is the truth and speaks only truth. Truth always agrees with our spirit but the soul sometimes agrees with our spirit, but sometimes it fights for control with the flesh.

As a Christian who's flesh was destroyed when Jesus did the work on the cross, ask your self this question: Do you think a relationship with Jesus is worth more than a $50 bill?
